Our producers are committed to producing the highest quality, best tasting lamb in the world. American Lamb is produced in nearly every state in the country so you can count on freshness. In fact, American Lamb is up to 10,000 miles fresher than imported lamb. Thanks to excellent production practices, American Lamb is tender and delicious and is available year round.

American Lamb producers are great stewards of the land managing their pasture and rangeland as a sustainable resource. Producers use great care in shepherding their flocks to protect water and avoid over grazing. Sheep in the U.S. contribute to the environmental balance by grazing vegetation in way that creates healthier land.

All American Lamb is federally inspected. More than 90% of American Lamb will grade USDA choice or better.
