Moana Restaurant Group is celebrating American Lamb this month. Four restaurants will be menuing unique mouthwatering dishes featuring local lamb.
“Our chefs have created unique dishes to showcase local lamb and to celebrate the start of spring,” said Olya Bowland, marketing manager for Moana Restaurant Group. “Each of our restaurants are distinct and memorable and so are the lamb dishes they have developed.”
Piatti Ristorante Denver – Chef Mario Godoy will be serving Provolone Stuffed American Lamb Meat Balls, Pulled Lamb Ragu with House Made Tagliatelle and Tender Lamb Chops with a Port Wine-Currant Sauce.
Piatti Restaurant Seattle – Chef Dylan Giordan will be serving Wood Fired Lamb Skewer, Taverna Lamb Sausage Pizza, Spicy Lamb Ragout with Pappardelle and Braised Lamb Shank with Tomato, Black Olive and Roasted Pepper.
Olla Cocina San Jose – Chef Everardo Andrade will be serving Costillas de Cordero (Lamb Ribs with Guava Mole), Lamb Shank Cooked Birria style and Albondigas (Lamb Meatballs with Root Veggie Puree)
The Union Farmer San Jose – Chef Alex Jimenez will be serving Lamb Burgers with Tzatziki Spread, a Lamb Shank Wrapped in Banana Leaf and Lamb Skewers Served with Tzatziki Sauce and Jalapeno Mint Chutney.
