Mediterranean Spice Rub for Lamb Chops

Ingredients

Salt 2 tablespoons
Ground coriander 2 tablespoons
Ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons
Ground cumin 1 tablespoon
Ground nutmeg 1 tablespoon
Black pepper 1 tablespoon

Directions

In a small bowl, add salt, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg and pepper; stir together. Store mixture at room temperature in an airtight container until needed.
Coat lamb chops with the spice mix; refrigerate at least 30 minutes before grilling as desired.
