Spicy Barbecued Lamb Ribs
3 American Lamb spareribs, trimmed
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup tomato paste
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup dark brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Place spareribs in large pot with cover. Add salt, pepper and water to cover. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
In a small saucepan, combine Barbecue Sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat for 5 minutes.
Place ribs in shallow baking dish. Pour on sauce and roast at 375ºF for 20 minutes.
